The team combines Chartered Surveyors and property experts, offering professional services across retail, office, industrial, leisure, residential, and rural markets.

Commercial Property Consultant

Fitton Estates is recruiting a Commercial Property Consultant to join our Southport office, supporting our commercial agency work across lettings and sales.

You'll be joining a friendly, experienced team where the emphasis is on high standards of service and driving transactions through from first enquiry to completion. The role would suit someone confident dealing with clients on the telephone and in person, as regular contact with clients and applicants is central to the job. There is genuine scope to develop and progress within the role.

What you’ll be doing

  • First point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
  • Supporting commercial lettings and sales from enquiry through to completion
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, purchasers, solicitors, and other professional advisers
  • Preparing property particulars, correspondence, and marketing material
  • Arranging and undertaking property viewings
  • Maintaining accurate property, applicant, and client records
  • General support across the commercial agency team

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent customer service and a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A commercially aware, proactive approach with good organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload, working independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commercial property or estate agency experience is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates with transferable experience in property, sales, or other customer-facing roles.

Hours and leave

  • Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • No Saturday working
  • 21 days' annual leave plus public/bank holidays
  • Salary: Dependent upon experience
