Commercial Property & Corporate Paralegal - Vauxhall, London
An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of an established commercial property investment business.
Working closely with the Senior Solicitor, you will gain hands-on commercial property experience while also developing exposure to corporate and company secretarial matters.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with leases, licences and other property documentation.
- Supporting property acquisitions and disposals.
- Managing Land Registry searches, applications and filings.
- Carrying out company, AML and sanctions checks.
- Supporting document automation and execution.
- Assisting with Companies House filings and subsidiary documentation.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects across the wider business.

About You
- Degree qualified with commercial property paralegal experience.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player.
- Able to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
- Interested in legal technology, document automation and AI.
- Company secretarial experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
