An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Development Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Real Estate and Development team in Manchester.

The team is recognised for advising on some of the UK's most significant development, regeneration and infrastructure projects. Acting for developers, landowners, investors, transport operators and corporate clients, the successful candidate will enjoy exposure to large-scale and strategically important projects across a variety of sectors.

This role offers a unique combination of complex commercial property work, development projects, infrastructure delivery and renewable energy matters. Lawyers within the team benefit from direct client engagement, significant responsibility and clear opportunities for long-term progression.

For ambitious Real Estate Solicitors seeking exposure to major development schemes, regeneration projects and the UK's growing renewables sector, this represents an exceptional opportunity.

The Role:

  • Advising on large-scale commercial property development projects across the UK
  • Supporting developers, landowners and investors on strategic land and regeneration schemes
  • Acting on renewable energy projects including solar, battery storage and wider energy infrastructure developments
  • Negotiating development agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements and associated documentation
  • Supporting major transport and infrastructure projects
  • Managing complex real estate transactions and stakeholder relationships
  • Working alongside recognised specialists on nationally significant projects

The Candidate:

  • Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
  • Experience gained within a recognised Real Estate or Development team
  • Strong knowledge of development transactions and commercial property matters
  • Exposure to infrastructure, regeneration or renewable energy projects advantageous
  • Commercially focused and solutions driven
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Looking to progress within a highly successful and expanding team
