Commercial Property Fee Earner
Knaggs & Co Solicitors is a long-established, forward-thinking law firm based in Redcar, serving clients throughout Redcar, Cleveland and the wider Teesside area. With over 40 years of continuous presence in the local community, we pride ourselves on providing clear, practical and trusted legal advice, while building strong and lasting relationships with our clients.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be able to competently manage their own caseload, with a particular focus on commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial leases
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Shop sales and acquisitions
- Small property developments
- Other general commercial property transactions
Initially, the role will also include some residential conveyancing work, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and take on an increasingly commercial-focused caseload.

You will be responsible for progressing matters from instruction through to completion, communicating with clients and other professionals, managing deadlines and ensuring files are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and client-focused, with the ability to work independently while also contributing positively to our wider team.
About You
We would ideally like you to have:
- Experience in commercial property
- The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
- Experience dealing with commercial sales, purchases and leases
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A practical and client-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A qualified solicitor, legal executive or experienced fee earner background
