Commercial Property Paralegal/Fee Earner

Our client is a progressive, commercially successful, and friendly firm with a strong reputation for excellent client care. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Legal 500 ranked team in Worthing.
The Role
- Full-time, based in Worthing, with hybrid working
- Reporting to the Head of Property Department
- Running your own caseload, taking detailed instructions from clients and acting on them effectively
- Building strong client relationships, including with owner-managed businesses
- Working with members of the public and official bodies in a courteous, confident way

About You
- Experience in Commercial Property law and managing your own caseload in a solicitors' office
- A good working knowledge of the law and regulations in this area, including the SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook, and Outcomes Focused Regulation
- Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Able to take in information from people and documents quickly and accurately
- Excellent IT skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a supportive team
