The Role
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer (qualified Solicitor or CILEx) to join our successful and growing team based in our Marks Tey (Colchester) office.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within a supportive regional practice, handling a varied and high-quality caseload including sales, acquisitions, refinancing, easements, and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
You will join a well-established team of six specialist fee earners supported by four experienced secretaries, with access to ongoing mentoring, professional development, and a clear pathway for career progression.
This is an excellent opportunity to further establish your career as a specialist in Commercial Property within a collaborative and friendly environment.

Relevant Experience
- NQ - 2 year PQE
- Experience managing your own caseload or a good understanding of:
- Registered commercial conveyancing
- Unregistered commercial conveyancing
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant matters
- Corporate finance transactions
- Experience using a case management system
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
- Supporting marketing and business development activities
