The role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial Property team. This senior role offers the opportunity to handle high‑quality, complex work while playing a key part in shaping the continued growth of the department.

As a senior member of the team, you will lead on a diverse and stimulating caseload that may include:
- High‑value acquisitions and disposals
- Complex commercial leases for landlords and tenants
- Development projects, including site assembly and planning considerations
- Property finance and refinancing
- Corporate support across a wide range of transactions
- Strategic advice to commercial clients, investors, and lenders
- Supervision and informal mentoring of junior lawyers and trainees
You will work closely with Partners with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as client relationship management, technical leadership, or business development contributions depending on your interests.
Required experience, skills and attributes
We would love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- 5+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial property
- Strong technical expertise and the confidence to run complex matters independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and sound commercial judgment
- The ability to build trusted long‑term relationships with clients
- An interest in supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the wider team
- A commitment to high standards and exceptional client service
