Experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial real estate solicitor to join this highly regarded and growing real estate team.
This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, with a particular focus on residential development work, supporting clients who are delivering much-needed housing projects across Scotland.
You'll join a collaborative and ambitious team with a strong reputation in the market and genuine opportunities for progression.
You will advise a diverse client base including residential developers, housing associations, landowners, care home operators, and public sector organisations. Responsibilities will include:

- Leading land acquisition and disposal transactions for residential and mixed-use developments
- Advising on greenfield and brownfield development projects
- Negotiating and drafting promotion agreements, option agreements and joint venture agreements
- Preparing Deeds of Conditions and DMS documentation for new developments
- Supporting corporate transactions through property due diligence work
- Managing complex matters from instruction through to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 Yrs PQE and have a solid commercial property background. Applicants must be admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland and hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate.
