Commercial Property Legal Assistant Kent £28,000 - £32,000 W/29758
Commercial Property Legal Assistant – Our client, with a great reputation and several offices in East Kent have asked us to find them a Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join them, working for a Partner and head of Commercial Property. This is an established and highly regarded firm that has experienced consistent growth in recent years and continues to go from strength to strength, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a successful and supportive team.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, providing administrative support while assisting with a busy and varied caseload. The work will cover a broad range of commercial property matters, including the purchase, sale and letting of shops, offices, industrial units, development land and agricultural property. You will be expected to hit the ground running, working proactively and using your own initiative to manage matters and ensure continuity when the Partner is engaged with other aspects of the business.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a highly competent individual with at least two years’ experience in a similar role within a private practice commercial property team. You will need to demonstrate strong practical experience and excellent technical knowledge across a range of commercial property transactions, together with outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
