Your new company Excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded property organisation in Essex as a Commercial Property Manager to join the growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio while working within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development and client service.
Your new role As the Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse range of commercial properties, ensuring buildings are well maintained, tenants receive a high standard of service and landlord objectives are achieved. The role will involve liaising with occupiers, contractors, landlords and professional advisors, managing service charge budgets, overseeing maintenance and compliance matters and supporting lease and rent review processes.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience within commercial property management and possess a strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters. Excellent communication, organisational and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
