Role Description
This full-time, on-site Commercial Property Manager role is based in Wirral and is offered on a 6–12 month contract. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, handling tenant queries, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations and relevant regulations. The role involves administering leases, supporting lease negotiations, monitoring rent and service charge payments, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The Commercial Property Manager will liaise regularly with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams, prepare reports on property performance, and contribute to strategies that enhance asset value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong lease-related skills, including Lease Administration and a solid understanding of Leases.
- Experience in Lease Negotiations, including managing renewals, rent reviews, and variations.
- Demonstrated Property Management experience in a commercial environment, covering maintenance coordination and tenant relations.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Relevant qualification such as a degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field; RICS or similar professional accreditation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
- Competence in using property management systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office) for reporting and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of UK commercial property legislation, health and safety requirements, and best practices in facilities and asset management.
