Madison Berkeley is working with one of London’s leading property companies to appoint a Commercial Property Surveyor to manage a portfolio of high-profile, prime office assets across the capital.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently graduated surveyor or commercial property manager with commercial experience who is looking to build their career within a highly regarded and supportive business.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of their portfolio, including:
- Building strong relationships with clients and occupiers
- Preparing service charge budgets and financial reports
- Managing lease administration and compliance
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing facilities management
- Working alongside specialist ESG, operational and placemaking teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and the occupier experience
You will work closely with experienced directors and surveyors, gaining exposure to prestigious London properties and some of the industry’s leading clients.
