Commercial Property Manager

Salary: £40,000+
Location: Newcastle
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Benefits: Excellent benefits package

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a successful and growing property consultancy in Newcastle.

You’ll manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are managed efficiently, professionally and to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, insurance renewals and claims
  • Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Deal with rent arrears, credit control and tenant queries
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and landlord & tenant matters
  • Prepare client reports and process invoices
  • Proactively resolve issues and challenging situations
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the business

About You

  • Proven Commercial Property Management experience
  • Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters and service charges
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, professional and commercially minded
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
