Based: Hybrid Working – Edinburgh or Glasgow Office and Home/Remote-Based
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
Hours of work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

We pride ourselves on working in partnership with our clients to create a hands-on, personal, and supportive relationship, and we have an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate:
You should be looking to develop and grow your knowledge and experience and move on to the next stage of their career; be a real team player while taking responsibility for your own clients and work and be willing to travel regularly throughout Scotland and some travel throughout the wider UK.
You will also hold the following qualifications:
- Full driving licence
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector is essential.

The skills required:
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Organised, planning, and multi-tasking
- Interpersonal skills – maintaining and developing relationships with clients
- Attention to detail
- Team working
- Proficient use of IT equipment and software packages (i.e. MS Office)
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for clients and tenants in relation to day-to-day commercial property management
- Providing management services across a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties
- Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing
- Increase the value of client’s assets through efficient property management and providing professional advice
- Support the business through involvement in internal operations e.g., process improvement, office management, etc.

The successful candidate will be assigned a mentor on day one and will be invited to work with their line manager and mentor to develop a bespoke personal and career development plan, including both internal ‘on-the-job’ training and instruction, and external formal training and certification, as required.
