Manage a portfolio that genuinely makes a difference.
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to step into a client-side role with one of the UK's most respected property investment businesses?
Our client is a FTSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust specialising in healthcare real estate, owning and managing one of the largest portfolios of modern primary care properties across the UK and Ireland. Their buildings support GP practices, NHS services and community healthcare providers, making this a portfolio with real purpose as well as commercial value.
As the organisation continues to invest in its portfolio and people, they're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a regional portfolio across West and South Yorkshire.
If you enjoy building long-term relationships, managing commercial property proactively and working within a collaborative environment where quality comes before quantity, this could be the perfect next step.
The Opportunity
You'll be trusted to manage a portfolio of approximately 55 commercial healthcare properties, taking responsibility for everything from occupier relationships and service charges through to lease obligations, inspections and portfolio performance.
This is a genuine client-side opportunity where you'll work alongside experienced Asset Management, Facilities Management, Finance and Legal teams, giving you the support needed to focus on delivering an exceptional service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
