Commercial Property Manager

Manchester City Centre

£55,000–£65,000

The opportunity

A major global investment business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its Manchester team.

You’ll manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial assets, working closely with internal asset management and facilities teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant, and performing to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Property Manager to join a highly regarded investment platform and play a key role in delivering an excellent occupier experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee maintenance, contractors, inspections, and compliance
  • Manage service charge budgets and property expenditure
  • Support planned preventative maintenance and improvement programmes
  • Work closely with asset management, facilities, finance, and legal teams
  • Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports and management information
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property, H&S, and insurance requirements
  • Proactively manage occupier queries and deliver a high level of customer service

  • Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
  • Strong understanding of property management and service charge principles
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation, H&S, and compliance
  • Experience managing budgets, contractors, and suppliers
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work effectively with asset management and wider investment teams
