Commercial Property Manager
Manchester City Centre
£55,000–£65,000
The opportunity
A major global investment business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its Manchester team.
You’ll manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial assets, working closely with internal asset management and facilities teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant, and performing to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Property Manager to join a highly regarded investment platform and play a key role in delivering an excellent occupier experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee maintenance, contractors, inspections, and compliance
- Manage service charge budgets and property expenditure
- Support planned preventative maintenance and improvement programmes
- Work closely with asset management, facilities, finance, and legal teams
- Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and management information
- Ensure compliance with relevant property, H&S, and insurance requirements
- Proactively manage occupier queries and deliver a high level of customer service

About you
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager with:

- Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
- Strong understanding of property management and service charge principles
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, H&S, and compliance
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and suppliers
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively with asset management and wider investment teams
