Commercial Property Manager

Manchester

Salary: c£55-65,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-funded commercial property company with a growing portfolio of Grade A commercial assets.

This client-side role will work closely with facilities and operational teams to deliver a high standard of property management, ensure compliance across sites, and provide an excellent occupier experience through proactive communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations and site activities
  • Ensure Health & Safety and contractor compliance requirements are met
  • Manage occupier relationships and respond to operational queries
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and repair programmes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers
  • Assist with budget management, reporting, and operational planning
  • Monitor issues through to resolution and escalate where necessary

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, building maintenance, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage workloads independently and collaboratively
