The portfolio includes retail, industrial and office properties, providing an opportunity to work across a varied range of commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day property and estate management matters.
  • Respond to and coordinate tenant enquiries, issues and requests.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance and property-related works.
  • Instruct and manage contractors and external suppliers where required.
  • Coordinate the resolution of building and estate issues, from routine maintenance through to larger property matters.
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Support clients with the effective management and performance of their property portfolios.
  • Monitor property-related obligations and ensure matters are dealt with appropriately and within agreed timescales.
  • Assist with lease and tenancy-related matters as required.
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
  • Identify and address potential issues across the portfolio proactively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider surveying business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
