Job title: Commercial Property Manager

Location: London area

Working hours: Full time

Established in 1844, we operate from over 30 offices nationwide, delivering expert advice and professional services to property owners, occupiers, educational institutions, businesses, public sector bodies, and financial organisations.

The Role

You will be part of a well-resourced team and involves taking full ownership of various key commercial assets across London. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage service charges, generate periodic client reports, support property transactions, and offer advice on value-add opportunities, with direct communication lines to all client types requiring a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of designated mixed commercial portfolio
  • Client Management
  • Client reporting
  • Assisting with value-add initiatives across the portfolio

Skills and Experience

  • Proven commercial property management experience
  • RICS qualification (preferred)
