Commercial Property Manager (Part-Time)
📍 Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
💰 £20,000 - £25,000
🕒 2-3 Days Per Week (Flexible Hours)
Our client, a well-established property management business, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of office, retail and leisure properties.
This flexible role can be structured as either:
- 2-3 full days per week, or
- 5 half days per week

- Managing a mixed commercial portfolio
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing service charges and budgets
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant queries
- Ensuring statutory and lease compliance
- Producing client reports and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Previous Commercial Property Management experience
- Strong understanding of service charges and commercial leases
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
