c£40k + Bonus
Are you a skilled Chartered Surveyor or an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? EC Recruitment Ltd is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join our client's office in Norwich.

The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail, industrial, and office spaces across Norfolk and North Suffolk. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained, while maximising value for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing property portfolios
- Coordinating major works, maintenance, and health & safety compliance.
- Overseeing service charge budgets
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Collaborating with Property Management on property strategies and financial management.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Confidence in client interactions and enquiry management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
