Commercial Property NQ Solicitor
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
Location: Staffordshire
A leading law firm in Staffordshire is seeking a Commercial Property NQ Solicitor to join their highly regarded Property Team.
This role offers you the chance to work on a diverse range of high-quality commercial property matters, supporting clients from inception to completion across acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant advice.

What you'll do:
- Manage and assist on a caseload of commercial property matters efficiently, ensuring progress and attention to detail throughout each transaction.
- Engage proactively with clients from project inception to completion, exceeding expectations through responsive communication and tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and other property professionals to become their trusted advisor of choice.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm on cases requiring commercial property expertise, sharing knowledge and supporting communal success.
- Seek out new business opportunities through marketing activities such as LinkedIn and networking events to contribute to the team's growth.
- Maintain links with colleagues in other teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients with complex or cross-disciplinary needs.
- Deal efficiently with enquiries from clients and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Contribute positively to the team's culture by being highly engaged and supportive of colleagues' development.
- Participate actively in business development initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation within the local community and wider industry.

What you bring:
- Ideally you will have completed a seat in Commercial Property during your training, however, the firm will also look at candidates with Residential Property experience that are looking to transition into a Commercial Property role.
- Demonstrate strong financial awareness coupled with commercial acumen to ensure profitable contributions to the team's objectives.
- Showcase excellent organisational skills that enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Display enthusiasm for learning new skills and managing complex caseloads independently yet collaboratively within a supportive environment.
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication abilities that foster trustful client relationships and effective teamwork.
- Apply initiative and creative problem-solving skills when addressing client needs or overcoming challenges during transactions.
- Possess robust IT skills necessary for modern legal practice management systems and digital communication tools.
- Bring strong academic qualifications relevant to law or property-related disciplines that underpin your technical expertise.
- Maintain sensitivity towards deadlines by prioritising workload appropriately without compromising quality or accuracy.
