An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join an established and busy Commercial Property team based in Worthing.

The successful candidate will have previous fee-earning experience in Commercial Property and be confident managing their own caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative legal environment.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, develop strong client relationships and take responsibility for progressing a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters.

The Role

  • Managing your own caseload of Commercial Property matters
  • Assisting with a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
  • Taking detailed instructions from clients and progressing matters efficiently
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research where required
  • Liaising with clients, businesses, official bodies and other professional contacts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring matters are progressed accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organised files
  • Supporting Fee Earners and the wider Property team where required
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, regulations and professional standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous fee-earning experience in Commercial Property
  • Experience managing your own caseload
  • Proven experience working within a solicitors' office
  • Good knowledge of Commercial Property law and relevant rules and regulations
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships
