About the Role
Commercial Property Paralegal - This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Legal executive or Paralegal looking to take the next step in their career and join a highly regarded, Legal 500 Kent firm, with multiple offices across the London and the Southeast of England.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Commercial Property team and will support fee earners across a broad range of transactions, gaining client exposure and further responsibility over time. This will include drafting and preparing contracts, CPSE replies, licences, transfer deeds, completion documentation, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications. You will assist with title and property due diligence, reviewing searches, planning documentation and title issues, as well as supporting the preparation of Reports on Title.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an experienced Paralegal with at least 12 months proven background of working in a busy department and who has the ability to hit the ground running. You will be expected to provide a high level of client service, build strong professional relationships and contribute positively to the wider Commercial Property team, supporting colleagues and assisting with business development activities where appropriate.
