Commercial Property Paralegal

Permanent/Hybrid Working

Salary: £33,201 - £37,1614 (ROE) - £36,924 - £41,106 (London)

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a paralegal, legal administration or commercial property environment ideally with some exposure to property transactions.
  • Has a good understanding of commercial property processes and legal documentation.
  • Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is confident liaising with a range of stakeholders.
  • Can handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Is comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with legal and wider business teams.
  • Has strong administrative and document management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Is proactive, reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide legal and administrative support to the Senior Commercial Property Solicitor and wider Legal Services team.
  • Support the management, acquisition and disposal of properties within St John Ambulance’s property portfolio.
  • Assist with commercial property transactions, ensuring documentation and actions are progressed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, databases and documentation.
  • Coordinate legal documents, correspondence and information required for property transactions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external solicitors, agents, landlords, tenants and other property professionals.
  • Support the delivery of the Charity’s property rationalisation programme, alongside business-as-usual property matters.
  • Monitor progress across property matters, identify outstanding actions and support the timely resolution of issues.
