Commercial Property Partner (Salaried)

📍 Norfolk

An established boutique law firm is looking to appoint a Salaried Partner to join its Commercial Property practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a strong reputation in Commercial Property, an established client following and/or a well-developed network of professional referral contacts.

The firm has a partner-led, boutique-style structure, combining the personal service and autonomy of a smaller practice with a strong existing client base competing with large nationals in the region.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Take a leading role within the Commercial Property practice.
  • Manage and develop an established client base.
  • Build on existing professional referral networks and generate new opportunities.
  • Have genuine autonomy over your work and client relationships.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm.
  • Work within a progressive and collaborative environment.

About You:

  • Significant experience in Commercial Property and/or Development.
  • A strong reputation and established standing within their area of practice.
  • An existing client following and/or strong network of referral contacts.
  • Excellent technical and client management skills.
  • A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • The confidence and ambition to contribute to business development and wider firm growth.
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a partner-led team.
