An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join the highly regarded real estate team of an international law firm.

The firm is seeking a commercially minded property specialist with a strong background in development and investment work, together with an established client following or demonstrable ability to develop one.

The Role

You will undertake a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, with a particular focus on:

  • Commercial property development
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Development funding
  • Site acquisitions and disposals
  • Portfolio transactions
  • Land assembly
  • Joint ventures and development structures
  • Strategic land
  • Commercial leases and associated matters
  • Acting for investors, developers, funds and corporate occupiers

You will work alongside leading lawyers across the wider firm, benefiting from access to an international client base and a strong flow of sophisticated real estate work.

The Candidate

The firm is keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level who have:

  • Strong technical expertise in commercial property
  • Significant experience of development and/or investment transactions
  • A commercially focused approach to client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A strong track record of business development
  • An established following, transferable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to generate work
  • The ambition to play a significant role in the continued growth of the real estate practice
