A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer looking to step away from the pressures of traditional fee-earning, whilst remaining closely involved with high-quality work and a highly regarded legal practice.
A well-established Legal 500 firm in the Home Counties is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to support its successful and growing property team.
Working closely with the firm's partners and senior lawyers, you will play a key role in developing the department's technical offering and ensuring the team remains up to date with the latest legal and market developments.

The role will include:
- Providing technical support on complex Commercial Property matters
- Monitoring changes in legislation, case law, and market practice
- Developing and maintaining precedents, know-how, and practical guidance
- Delivering training and legal updates to the property team
- Producing internal briefings, updates, and other knowledge resources
- Working with partners on the ongoing development of the Commercial Property practice
This is not simply a precedents-focused PSL role. The successful candidate will become a trusted technical resource for the team, with real scope to influence training, knowledge sharing, and the way the department operates.

The firm would be particularly interested in speaking with Senior Associates, Legal Directors, Partners, or existing PSLs who have a strong Commercial Property background and enjoy the technical and developmental side of the profession.
