About The Role
A leading Legal 500 firm seeks a Commercial Property PSL for its established team in the East Midlands. This full-time post suits a solicitor with five or more years' PQE who enjoys the technical side of property law, tracking legal developments and supporting colleagues, rather than fee-earning. Prior PSL experience is not essential.
Duties include producing precedents, delivering training, and advising on complex transactions. Strong drafting, research, and communication skills are required. Salary is dependent on experience. Commercial Property PSL – East Midlands – 5+ PQE

A leading Legal 500 rated law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property PSL to join its established commercial property team in the East Midlands.
Previous PSL experience is not essential! The firm is open to hearing from experienced Commercial Property lawyers looking to make their first move into a PSL role, as well as existing Commercial Property PSLs who are looking for a new opportunity.

Overview
Working closely with the Commercial Property team, you will use your legal expertise to provide technical support, share knowledge, and keep the team informed of key developments within the sector.
The Role Will Include
- Keeping colleagues informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments
- Developing and maintaining precedents, guidance, and other technical resources
- Preparing legal updates and contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing
- Monitoring changes in Commercial Property law and considering their impact on the team and its clients
- Providing technical support and guidance on more complex matters
- Supporting the development of best practice and knowledge across the Commercial Property team
- Working with Partners and fee earners to identify areas where further technical guidance or support would be beneficial
This role would suit someone who enjoys the technical and advisory aspects of Commercial Property and would like to utilize their experience in a different way.

The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong technical background and good knowledge of commercial real estate.
Previous PSL experience is not essential. The firm is happy to consider experienced Commercial Property lawyers who are looking to make their first move into a PSL position, as well as candidates who already have experience working as a PSL.
For those making the move from fee-earning into PSL for the first time, full support and training will be provided to help you make the transition.
