Senior Associate / Salaried Partner – Commercial Property – Surrey – Up to £70,000 + Benefits
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join its established Commercial Property team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a practice known for its high-quality work, strong client relationships and collaborative culture.
Joining a successful and well-respected team, you will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of your practice whilst benefiting from the support of experienced Partners and colleagues. The role offers significant autonomy, making it ideal for an ambitious lawyer looking to further develop their client base, strengthen referrer relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The Commercial Property team advises on a broad range of complex acquisitions, disposals, investment and development matters across a variety of sectors. With a strong partner-led model and longstanding client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer seeking high-quality work, progression and a platform to further enhance their professional profile.

The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals
- Handling investment and development transactions
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Managing client relationships and developing your own network of referrers
- Supporting the growth and development of the Commercial Property team
- Taking an active role in business development and marketing initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the department and wider firm
The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong Commercial Property experience
- Experience handling development, investment and general commercial property matters
- Excellent technical and commercial abilities
- A proven track record of managing client relationships
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous
- Commercially aware with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued success of the department
