Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor to Associate Partner
Location: Central London
Salary: £100,000+ DOE
Benefits: Bonus scheme, 25 days + BH, hybrid working
A highly regarded L500 ranked London law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Senior Associate or Associate Partner to join its established real estate team. Acting for standard, HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, investors, developers, and businesses, you will handle a broad range of mid to high-value commercial property matters while playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development and regeneration projects
- Portfolio management work
- Financing and refinancing transactions
- Strategic property advice for HNW and UHNW clients
- Business development and client relationship management
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience
- Operating at Senior Associate or Associate Partner level
- Excellent technical and commercial awareness
- Strong client relationship skills
- Experience acting for investors, developers, or HNW/UHNW clients
- Existing following advantageous but not essential
