About the Firm
Our client is a well-established and respected law firm with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services to a broad range of commercial clients across Berkshire.
Due to continued growth and a strong flow of new instructions, the firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Property team. The department continues to attract high-quality work and offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development and investment transactions
- Asset management work
- Property finance matters
- General commercial property transactions
- Client relationship management and business development activities

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team
