The Role
- You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients on a broad variety of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, freehold and leasehold transactions, commercial leases, refinancing, and wider landlord and tenant work.
- You’ll be confident commercially, approachable in your communication style, and proactive when it comes to identifying opportunities and growing your practice.
- As well as managing your own matters and client relationships, you’ll be an important part of the wider team — sharing your knowledge, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the continued success of the department.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitor with between 6–9 years’ PQE with solid commercial property experience
- A strong technical grounding across a broad range of commercial property work
- An established client following and the ability to develop new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercially minded and proactive approach
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment
- Ambition and enthusiasm to continue developing their career
