Commercial Property Solicitor (1–5 Years PQE)
£45,000-£60,000 | Growing Regional Firm | Norfolk | Hybrid Working

An opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate with around 1–5 years’ PQE to join a growing multi-office regional firm in Norfolk.

This is a particularly good opportunity for someone looking for a firm where they can take ownership of their own caseload, build strong client relationships and progress their career, while still having a high level of support around them.

The firm has a strong and established Commercial Property offering, with a busy pipeline of work and excellent long-standing relationships with clients across the region.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a well-established Commercial Property team handling a broad range of work, with plenty of opportunity to develop your experience across general commercial property. The role will involve:

  • Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Acting for a broad range of businesses and clients on general commercial property work.
  • Working on a good level of development-related matters alongside wider transactional work.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
  • Working closely with Partners and more senior members of the team while having the autonomy to run your own matters.
  • Contributing to the continued growth of an already successful Commercial Property department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
