About The Role
A Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years' post-qualification experience is sought to join a Legal 500 ranked department in Bedfordshire. This full-time position operates on a hybrid basis, combining office attendance with remote working. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and general real estate advice for a diverse client base. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and confidence handling matters autonomously are essential, alongside a collaborative approach when working with colleagues. The salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience. This role suits a solicitor keen to develop client relationships within a well-regarded regional practice.

The Role
You will join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property department, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of Real Estate matters. The role will involve handling a busy caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while working closely with experienced colleagues across the wider firm.

- Handle a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development, financing and refinancing, including bridging finance, alongside occasional corporate support.
- Advise tenants on lease acquisitions and ongoing management matters, including Licences to Assign and Deeds of Variation.
- Work to tight deadlines, managing matters through to completion while developing your technical expertise, client relationships, and business development profile within a supportive team.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE and a strong commercial property background, including experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and leasehold matters. Development and financing experience would be advantageous.
