The Role
- You will manage a broad and varied caseload, advising on development and real estate matters including site acquisitions, plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, bank finance transactions, and commercial landlord and tenant work.
- Working with an established client base, you will play an active role in the continued growth and success of the department, delivering commercially focused advice across a range of complex property matters.

The Candidate
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a strong background in commercial real estate.
- You will possess excellent technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience advising on development work, acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant matters, and property finance transactions is essential.
- The successful candidate will be ambitious, commercially aware, and committed to delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
