Overview
- Manage transactions and oversee the legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Maintain and develop strong professional working relationships with clients, and other professionals.
- Process matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Have excellent administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills.

The Candidate
- Applications are welcomed from candidates with at least 2 years of experience in commercial property.
- You should have a proven track record of providing legal guidance on various commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- You should also be passionate about engaging in, developing, and maintaining strong professional working relationships with clients and other professionals.
- It is also important that you have excellent administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills.
