FMGS is seeking an ambitious and talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-7 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our highly regarded Property team. - Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
- Acting for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations.
- Handling property development projects, including planning agreements and disposals.
- Advising on secured lending transactions and property finance.
- Assisting clients with property portfolio management.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on risk management and compliance with property laws.
About You
The successful candidate will be a motivated and commercially astute solicitor with a proven track record in handling commercial property matters. Key attributes we’re looking for include:
- 3-7 years’ PQE in commercial property law, with experience in handling a broad range of transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
