AJ Chambers is working with a highly regarded London law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3–5 years' PQE) to join its established Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, investors, and corporate clients.
The Role
You will advise on:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.
- Title due diligence.
- Development work, including option agreements, promotion agreements, and conditional contracts.
- Commercial property finance and secured lending.
- Working closely with corporate, finance, tax, and dispute resolution teams on complex transactions.
- Building client relationships and supporting business development.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate.
- Strong experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
