Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (2 PQE) – Manchester – Up to £62,500 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (circa 2 PQE) to join a leading UK law firm in Manchester, specialising in investment, asset management, and commercial property transactions.
This role sits within a highly regarded Real Estate team, advising investors, landlords, developers, and corporate occupiers on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, portfolio management, and asset management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to build a career in commercial property/real estate law, gaining exposure to high-quality investment transactions and asset management work within a collaborative and well-established team.
The Role:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property documents, including leases, licences, and agreements
- Supporting on investment acquisitions, disposals, and asset management transactions
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters and wider property management issues
- Assisting with portfolio management for key real estate clients
- Managing your own caseload with supervision, ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex real estate and corporate support transactions
- Providing clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE+ in commercial real estate/property law
- Experience of commercial property transactions, asset management, or landlord & tenant work
- Strong drafting and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ambitious and keen to develop within a leading Real Estate team
