An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a leading international law firm's established Commercial Property team in Manchester.
This role is ideal for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor seeking exposure to a broad range of high-quality real estate matters, acting for investors, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers across a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, asset management and landlord & tenant work.
The firm combines the quality of work and resources associated with a global platform with a culture centred around collaboration, flexibility and long-term career development. Lawyers are given genuine responsibility, direct client contact and the support needed to progress their careers.

The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management work
- Acting for landlords, tenants, investors, occupiers and corporate clients across a variety of sectors
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences to assign, licences for alterations and associated landlord & tenant documentation
- Supporting clients with asset management, estate management and day-to-day property transactions
- Managing your own caseload whilst working closely with experienced partners on larger and more complex matters
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through commercially focused advice
- Working within a collaborative and supportive team with clear opportunities for progression

The Candidate:
- Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong experience across acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
- Comfortable managing a broad commercial property caseload with increasing autonomy
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A team-oriented lawyer seeking genuine long-term career progression
