An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Commercial Property and Real Estate team in Birmingham.

This role offers the chance to work on a varied and high-quality caseload spanning acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters and asset management work. The successful candidate will advise a broad client base including investors, occupiers, landlords and corporate clients across a variety of sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer or Real Estate Solicitor looking to join a forward-thinking firm where quality work, flexibility and progression are genuinely prioritised.

The Role:

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management work
  • Acting for landlords, tenants, investors, occupiers and corporate clients across a variety of sectors
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences to assign, licences for alterations and associated landlord & tenant documentation
  • Supporting clients with asset management, estate management and day-to-day property transactions
  • Managing your own caseload whilst working closely with experienced partners on larger and more complex matters
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through commercially focused advice
  • Working within a collaborative and supportive team with clear opportunities for progression

The Candidate:

  • Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
  • Strong experience across acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
  • Comfortable managing a broad commercial property caseload with increasing autonomy
  • Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • A team-oriented lawyer seeking genuine long-term career progression
