About The Role

A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought for a full-time position in Wiltshire, offering £55,000 to £65,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful candidate, ideally two to five years qualified, will manage a varied caseload covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, plus property development transactions. The Role

  • You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property development and associated transactions
  • Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues on larger or more complex matters
  • You’ll have direct client contact and the opportunity to build relationships that develop over the long term.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
  • Enjoys working directly with clients and developing trusted relationships
  • Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
  • Is commercially minded and able to provide practical, straightforward advice
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their matters
  • Wants to continue developing their career within a supportive team
