A long-established, award-winning regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join its growing Real Estate team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on:
    • Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
    • Drafting and negotiating leases, assignments, and renewals
    • Development projects, site acquisitions, and plot sales
    • Secured lending and refinancing transactions
    • Option agreements and overage arrangements
  • Conduct title investigations and due diligence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering clear and pragmatic advice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and support junior team members

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in commercial property
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
