Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Drafting and negotiating leases, assignments, and renewals
- Development projects, site acquisitions, and plot sales
- Secured lending and refinancing transactions
- Option agreements and overage arrangements
- Conduct title investigations and due diligence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering clear and pragmatic advice
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and support junior team members
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in commercial property
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
