A recognised, top Legal 500 law firm based in Central London is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join their team.

With a reputation for achieving exceptional results, they have enjoyed continued growth and expansion since their inception and are well placed to continue on an upwards trajectory.
Experience for this Commercial Property Solicitor vacancy:
- Acquisitions and Disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Leases, renewals and licenses
- Development and investment transactions
- Experience of acting for healthcare professionals in relation to Dental practices, GP Surgeries, Pharmacies and healthcare acquisitions would be an advantage.
- Property finance and secured lending matters
- Business development experience.
