Commercial Property Lawyer, 3+ PQE, Nottinghamshire, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits
This is a well-regarded regional law firm with a longstanding reputation across the East Midlands. As part of a wider expansion strategy, the team is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Nottinghamshire based team. Role Overview
You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises. The caseload will include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy-to-let transactions and development and refinancing matters.

Requirements
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Proven experience handling transactions independently from instruction through to completion. Strong technical and commercial awareness. Excellent client care and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and billing targets effectively.
