About The Role

A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought by a Wiltshire firm to handle a broad caseload within its established team. This full-time, hybrid role offers a salary between £55,000 and £67,500 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate, with at least four years’ PQE, will advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, and development projects. The position requires a practical, commercial mindset and strong client relationship skills. This permanent contract suits a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive seeking to progress their career within a supportive environment, where a varied workload and collaborative culture are central.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years' PQE to join an established Commercial Property team.

Skills Required
