About The Role
A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought by a Wiltshire firm to handle a broad caseload within its established team. This full-time, hybrid role offers a salary between £55,000 and £67,500 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate, with at least four years’ PQE, will advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, and development projects. The position requires a practical, commercial mindset and strong client relationship skills. Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £60,000+ (DOE)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years' PQE to join an established Commercial Property team.

Skills Required

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
