Commercial Property Solicitor
Up to £100k DOE | 4-day workweek | Hybrid & Flexible Working
Location: Nottingham (NG8)
Established workload | Opportunity to build a team
The opportunity
An established and growing professional services company is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take ownership of an existing workload while helping shape the future of its Commercial Property offering.
The role
You will take responsibility for an established Commercial Property workload and become a key point of expertise within the business.
Your work will cover a broad range of commercial property matters, depending on your experience and client base.
Alongside delivering high-quality legal advice, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of an established workload and client base.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and professional contacts.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional Commercial Property work.
- Build your own professional network and client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.
- Help shape how the Commercial Property function develops.
- Recruit and develop additional team members as the workload grows.
- Progress into a senior leadership position as the practice develops.

Who we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with experienced Commercial Property Solicitors who are confident managing their own workload and client relationships.
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has strong experience across Commercial Property matters.
- Can confidently manage an established caseload.
- Builds trusted client and professional relationships.
- Enjoys autonomy and taking ownership.
- Is commercially minded as well as technically strong.
- Can identify opportunities to develop and generate new work.
- Wants greater influence over the direction of their practice.
- Has the ambition to build and potentially lead a Commercial Property team.
