The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing and developing commercial property team. This is a new opportunity created through the continued expansion of the department, offering the successful candidate the chance to take on a varied caseload, work closely with clients and play an important role in shaping the future growth of the practice. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with the support of an experienced team, making this an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and progress towards an Associate level position.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE who are confident managing their own caseload and keen to take on increased responsibility. You will have a solid grounding in commercial property law, excellent client care and communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team. The successful candidate will be ambitious, commercially minded and keen to develop their career within a firm where they can make a genuine contribution to the continued growth of the department.
