Ai Law is a UK law firm providing commercial law services. The firm centres on strong, long-term relationships with business clients and investors, delivering added value through legal expertise and sharp commercial awareness. Role Description

This full-time role is based in Liverpool and focuses on commercial property and real estate matters. There is also opportunity for exposure to genuine corporate commercial work. The Commercial Property Solicitor will run matters from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing of commercial premises, while advising clients on legal risks and commercial implications. Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, with experience as a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) handling commercial matters.
  • Proficiency in Commercial Property and commercial business areas, including transactional work for businesses and investors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and commercial manner.
  • Strong client relationship skills, high attention to detail and a collaborative approach to working within a team and with external stakeholders.
  • A desire to succeed in your role and to help colleagues within the team to enable an excellent and caring legal service to our clients and be a part of our firm’s exciting journey.
